Review of the restaurants interior space from the designers website:
クラシカルな店構えの重厚感ある木製サッシのドアを開けると、特製オリーブオイルやオリジナル食材が並ぶ物販スペースが目の前に現われます。そして アプローチからレセプションを抜けて店内に入ると、エリアごとのスペースに余裕を持たせ、ゆったりとしたテーブルレイアウトにしています。ゾーンを分ける ために取り付けたレースのスクリーンは、空間を途切れさせることなく店内に程よい奥行き感を持たせています。個室はさまざまな利用シーンを想定して、防音 仕様の可動パーテーションで仕切れる部屋になっており、暖炉のある落ち着いた書斎のイメージでまとめました。

Classic Sophistication
Inspired by shops in Nice and Paris, France, under the supervision of Mr. Clement Bruno called Dr. truffles, the restaurant's focus is on traditional French cuisine, "tail-de-truffle" specializing in truffle dishes.
When I opened the door, a profound feeling of classical appearance of a merchandise space lined with original ingredients, olive oils and specialty items appear in front of you. Upon entering the store I have a unique table layout to have extra space in each area. Screens separate areas to have reasonable depth without causing interruption in the interior space. The use of a variety of scenes, private rooms may be separated by a movable partition. He put together an image of a calm, a private study with fireplace.
Using shades and tones of dark brown truffle throughout, accent the chandeliers and combine textures of the space to get the feel of the countryside in southern France, aiming for space that combines classic taste and modern sophistication.
